Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Production Trainee to learn the operation of automated and semi-automated wire mesh welding machines. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided and potential advancement to Welding Machine Operator. Responsibilities: Load wire coils, rods, and materials into welding machines. Learn to operate and monitor resistance welding equipment. Assist with machine setup and changeovers. Inspect finished products for weld quality and proper dimensions. Stack, bundle, tag, and prepare finished products. Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
